The Minister and the State Planning Office seek community involvement on a range of planning matters. Here you'll find a list of current consultations on planning legislation, policy, proposed amendments to the State Planning Provisions and matters relating to the planning framework.

Many of these matters involve independent statutory review through the Tasmanian Planning Commission, who may also invite public comment. When this happens, we will redirect you to the appropriate site.

Remember to check the status for consultation alerts and progress updates.
