The Tasmanian Planning Scheme is being rolled out across the State as the Local Provisions Schedule for each municipality is approved by the independent Tasmanian Planning Commission (the Commission).
You are invited to provide comment on the Kingborough draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) from 9 October 2024 to 9 December 2024. The draft LPS and related documents are available on the Kingborough Council website and the Commission's website.
You can make a representation to Derwent Valley Council during the exhibition period.
