The Tasmanian Planning Scheme is being rolled out across the State as the Local Provisions Schedule for each municipality is approved by the independent Tasmanian Planning Commission (the Commission).
You are invited to provide comment on the Derwent Valley draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) from 8 July 2024 to 5 September 2024. The draft LPS and related documents are available on the Derwent Valley Council website and the Commission's website.
You can make a representation to Derwent Valley Council during the exhibition period.
